Geoffrey Conrad is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Walden University. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, Geoffrey has become a trusted expert in training and development for property and catastrophe adjusters.

 Xactimate Certified Trainer (XCT), originally certified as an Xactimate Affiliate Trainer (XAT) in 2011 and elevated to XCT in September 2025, I bring a rare, expert-level command of estimating and its impact on claim outcomes. I’ve spent my career driving accuracy, consistency, and defensible estimates at scale, aligning field and desk performance with carrier expectations. Having passed Xactimate Mastery multiple times, I leverage the platform as a strategic tool to improve claim quality, control indemnity, and deliver a better policyholder experience. 

Since 2005, Geoffrey has taught thousands of adjusters nationwide, specializing in Xactimate training and real-world claims handling techniques. His expertise has supported adjusters representing leading carriers such as Allstate, State Farm, USAA, and many others. Geoffrey’s courses are designed to deliver practical, hands-on knowledge  that prepares adjusters to perform at the highest professional standard in the field.
